How do I book?
Select an experience and available time, complete the required guest and villa questionnaire, then pay the 50% deposit online. Book at least 72 hours ahead.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your online booking is confirmed after successful payment of the 50% deposit. An enquiry or WhatsApp message alone does not reserve a date.
Can Roberto cook at my villa?
Yes. Confirm your host’s permission and provide the villa address, access and kitchen details in the booking questionnaire. If you are unsure about the kitchen, contact Roberto before booking.
What kitchen equipment is needed?
Working refrigeration, a stove, preparation and washing space, water and electricity are the starting points. Oven, grill, utensils and tableware depend on the final menu.
Can menus be adapted?
Share dietary preferences in the required booking questionnaire. Menus follow seasonal availability. Contact Roberto before booking for severe allergies, substantial menu changes or premium upgrades.
