I’m Roberto, your private chef in Puerto Viejo. My journey began in the exacting world of fine dining at El Taller de Billy Sazon, one of San José’s most highly rated restaurants.

I came to Costa Rica’s Caribbean coast to fulfil a lifelong dream: creating intimate private dining experiences of my own. Today, I bring that attention to detail to your villa, pairing contemporary Costa Rican cooking with tropical ingredients and warm, personal hospitality. From a romantic dinner to a private cooking class, every experience is built around the pleasure of sharing a remarkable meal.
