My Story
I am Roberto, a Costa Rican chef working from Puerto Viejo and the South Caribbean. My cooking brings together contemporary Costa Rican ideas, tropical ingredients and the pleasure of welcoming people around a table.
For me, a good private experience begins with listening: what you enjoy, what you need and how you want to spend your time. I have worked as a sous chef for the Villa Sazón workshop, cooked in a respected local restaurant and provided private chef services. I believe that hospitality is more than just food; it is about creating a space where people feel comfortable and can truly enjoy their company.
