Seasonal fruit, gallo pinto, eggs, sweet plantain, fresh bread, coffee or tea and natural juice, prepared and served at your villa. Ingredients, table service and cleanup included. Seasonal starter, grilled main with two sides, dessert and welcome drink. Ingredients, service and cleanup included. A safe working grill and sheltered cooking and dining alternative are required.
Villa Chef Day
A tropical brunch and an early five-course dinner during one eight-hour appointment. Includes planning, groceries for both meals, an alcohol-free dinner welcome drink, preparation, service and cleanup. US$780 for up to 4 guests; reserve with US$390. Both meals fit within 8 hours; no overnight service. Ingredients and service are included.
Before you book your private chef
Book at least 72 hours ahead. The selected time is Roberto’s arrival; durations include preparation, dining and cleanup. Complete the guest, dietary and villa questionnaire before paying a 50% deposit through TiloPay. The balance is due on the service date. Cancel at least 7 days ahead for a full refund; later cancellations forfeit the deposit. Local travel is included in Puerto Viejo, Cocles, Playa Chiquita, Punta Uva, Manzanillo and Cahuita. Confirm host permission and access to a working kitchen. Alcohol, rentals and premium upgrades are excluded. Contact Roberto before booking for severe allergies or larger parties up to 15. All prices are USD totals per private party, not per person.
