How do I book?
Send the availability form with your date, property and guest count. Roberto reviews the details and sends a proposal. Approval and payment of the required 50% deposit confirm the booking.
Is my request confirmed?
No. An enquiry, form submission or WhatsApp message does not confirm a booking. Roberto must approve the arrangements and receive the required deposit.
How much is the deposit?
The required deposit is 50% of the agreed total, as itemized in your approved proposal. It is requested after feasibility is confirmed.
How do payments work?
You receive the total, currency, deposit instructions and balance terms with your approved proposal. Use only the payment method provided there.
Can Roberto cook at my villa?
Share the location, host permission, kitchen equipment and access details. Roberto confirms whether the property can support the requested menu and group.
What kitchen equipment is needed?
Working refrigeration, a stove, preparation and washing space, water and electricity are the starting points. The rest depends on the final menu.
Do you bring ingredients?
Ingredient provision is specified in your proposal. Don’t buy food for the experience unless this has been agreed; the final menu and sourcing need coordination.
Do you clean up?
The agreed kitchen and service cleanup scope is stated in the proposal. General property cleaning is not assumed to be part of the experience.

Can you cook at my Airbnb?
Absolutely, I am available for Airbnb bookings. To ensure a smooth experience, verify with your host that external chefs are allowed and provide details regarding the available cooking appliances and tools.
Can menus be adapted?
Customization is possible. Kindly communicate any specific tastes or nutritional needs prior to booking. Final changes are subject to local sourcing and workspace suitability, pending Roberto's validation.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Safety is paramount; please report all allergies early. Roberto evaluates the menu and environment to determine feasibility before any payment. Please note that full allergy accommodation cannot be promised.
How much does a private chef cost?
Your quote depends on the menu, number of guests, location and service arrangements. You receive the agreed total, currency, inclusions and any extras before a deposit is requested.
How far ahead should I enquire?
Enquire once you know your travel dates, especially for a specific evening or a larger group. Availability and preparation time are checked for each request; short-notice requests are not guaranteed.
